Subject: Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company Ilirija d.d. - 29th October 2015.

In accordance with the provisions of Capital Market Act and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify you that the Supervisory Board Meeting of the company Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) was held on 29th October 2015.

At this meeting, the Supervisory Board adopted the Report on company's business operations for the period from 01st January to 30th September 2015, the Report on capital investments by profit centers for the period from 01st January to 30th September 2015 and the Investment Plan by profit centers for the year 2016.

At the meeting, the framework plan for the Company Supervisory Board meetings has been established for the forthcoming period.
