Ilika plc (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, makes the following announcement regarding transactions in its ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") carried out by PDMRs as part of the Capital Raising announced on 9 July 2021 (the "Launch Announcement"). Pursuant to the Director Subscription Agreements, Prof. Keith Jackson and Monika Biddulph have acquired 7,142 and 3,571 Ordinary Shares respectively at the Issue Price.
