("Ilika" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that on 5 August 2021, following the vesting of options under the Company's EMI share option schemes, 2,512 options with an exercise price of 53p, together with 117,050 options with an exercise price of 21p, have been converted into ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Accordingly, the Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 119,562 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00am on 10 August 2021.
The options represent in aggregate 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 156,879,543 ordinary shares of one penny each and that number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
