Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Ikigai (LSE: IKIV), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to acquire high growth, scalable businesses, announces the publication of a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM").  The EGM is being convened to seek approval for the amendment of the Company's articles to provide for the time period by which the Company must complete an initial transaction ( 24 months from 30 July 2025, with the possibility of three annual extensions thereafter ), as required under 13.2.1R of the UK Listing Rules, and for the proposed change of the Company's Auditor.

The notice of EGM will shortly be available to view on the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and the Company's website at: https://ikigaiventuresltd.com/

The EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company at Plaza House, Third Floor, Elizabeth Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU on 7 October 2025 at 9:00am BST.
