Two Major Communications & Fiber Infrastructure Groups Contract to IKE Analyze

ikeGPS (IKE) advises:

  • That two of the major Communications, Fiber & Infrastructure companies operating across the North American market have contracted to the IKE Analyze solution.

  • The customers are:

    • Charter Communications Inc. - the largest cable company in the U.S., and

    • Crown Castle Inc. - the largest provider of shared communications infrastructure in the U.S.

IKE CEO, Glenn Milnes, commented, “These important customer wins are another step towards our goal to have IKE Analyze become the standard work flow and data standard for aerial-make-ready engineering for communications & fiber network deployments.”

“As is typical with our customer development process these contracts are initially regional in focus but provide the potential for expansion across national network footprints. These businesses are of extremely large scale and the long-term revenue opportunity from IKE Analyze transactions and software subscriptions is significant. An example of this customer progression has been with AT&T Inc., the largest Communications company in the U.S., who moved from an initial deployment of IKE systems around 18 months ago to now having the ‘IKE Standard’ written into its Articles for its aerial make-ready-engineering.”

Milnes added, “We are winning these customers for simple reasons; IKE Analyze enables networks to be deployed faster and with a higher quality data standard. We continue to see very high levels of investment and activity across the market specific to fiber and 5G network deployments and expect this trend to continue, or increase, over the next five years. We also expect that more of the larger players in the North American market will become IKE Analyze customers in the medium term as we continue market development efforts.”

ENDS

IKE seeks to be the standard for collecting, managing and analysing pole and overhead asset information for electric utilities, communications companies and their engineering service providers.
