Annual Mee�ng and Closing Date for Directors Nomina�ons

IkeGPS Group limited (NZX: IKE, ASX: IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2023 Annual Mee�ng of Shareholders is to be held on Friday, 29 September 2023 (NZT). The details rela�ng to the mee�ng will be advised in the No�ce of Mee�ng, which will be distributed closer to the �me.

Addi�onally, IKE advises that the closing date for the director nomina�ons is Tuesday, 12 September 2023. All nomina�ons must be received by 5:00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.
