Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX: IKE, ASX: IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held at 2pm (NZT) on Tuesday 29 September 2020. The details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed closer to the time.
Additionally, IKE advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday, 7 September 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
