NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on ikeGPS Group Limited (“IKE”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

IKE has requested that a trading halt be applied to its quoted ordinary shares (“IKE”) pending the completion of a capital raise by way of share placement.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• 1. a market announcement confirming the completion of the share placement; or
• 1. market open Wednesday, 11 August 2021
