Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, to consider inter alia :

• (a) Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020;

• (b) Declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21. The Company has fixed February 06, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend, if declared.

• (c) Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

The Company will also host an earnings conference call on Tuesday, February 02, 2021 at 2.00 p.m. during which the management will discuss the Company's performance with the participants. The transcript of the call will be made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.iifl.com.

Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window has been closed for all the Board Members, Connected Persons and Designated Persons from January 01, 2021 to January 31, 2021 (Both days inclusive).
