Yönetim Kurulumuzun bugün (27.05.2024) yapılan toplantısında;

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri gündem maddesini görüşmek üzere toplandılar.

Yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde;

Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) hükümleri dahilinde Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları (TMS) ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) 'na uygun olarak hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda ana ortaklık payına düşen 364.531.389 TL dönem zararı,

Konsolide olmayan V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 14.266.921,27 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.

Yasal kayıtlarımızda bulunan geçmiş yıl zararları nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmayarak elde olunan karın geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsup edilmesi hususunda Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına ,

Karar verildi.
