Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulu'nun bugün (28.03.2018) yapılan toplantısında;

İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre, hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda ana ortaklık payına düşen net dönem karı 42.745.920,00 TL,

V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş konsolide olmayan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 5.396.126,51 TL net dönem zararı mevcuttur.

Gerek mevzuat, gerekse esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunda, Genel Kurulun bilgilendirilmesine,

Karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu karar genel kurulca kabul edilmiştir.

Kâr dağıtım önerimize ilişkin tablo EK/1 'de yer almaktadır.
