Şirketimizin 500.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 140.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle 336.000.000 TL ye artırılması işleminde ortaklarımız yeni pay alma haklarını 15.02.2019 ila 01.03.2019 tarihleri arasında kullanmışlardır.

Ortaklarımız tarafından yeni pay alma hakkı kullanım süresi içinde kullanılmayan yeni pay alma haklarının toplam nominal değeri 38.407.791,522 TL dir.
