Yönetim Kurulumuzun bugün (22.05.2023) yapılan toplantısında;

Şirketimizin 2022 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre, hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda 226.112.084 TL, net dönem karı,

V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş konsolide olmayan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 133.385.003,78 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.

Mevzuat, esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği, elde olunan kardan yasal kesintilerin yapılması sonucunda kalan tutardan; 7.010.000 TL'nin kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına, bakiyeden esas sözleşme kapsamında yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra olağanüstü yedekler hesabında muhafaza edilmesine,

Kar dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesi için Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi, hususunda Genel Kurul'a öneride bulunulmasına,

Karar verilmiştir.
