Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 28 Nisan 2022 tarihinde yapılan 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

2020 yılı dönem sonucu ile ilgili kamuya daha önce açıklanmış olan Yönetim Kurulu önerisi Genel Kurul'un görüşüne sunuldu.

Şirketimizin 2020 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre, hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda 37.346.793 TL, net dönem karı,

V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş konsolide olmayan yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 45.842.719,75 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.

Mevzuat, esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği, elde olunan karın yasal kesintiler sonucunda kalan tutarından %10'u oranında (3.505.465,70 TL) brüt kar payının nakit olarak dağıtılmasına, bakiyenin olağanüstü yedekler hesabında muhafaza edilmesine,

Genel Kurul tarihinden itibaren 30 gün içinde kar payı dağıtım işleminin tamamlanması hususundaki Yönetim Kurulu önerisi genel kurulca kabul edilmişti.

Genel kurulca dağıtılmasına karar verilen kar payı dağıtım işlemine 26.05.2021 tarihinde başlanacaktır.

Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Dağıtılan brüt 3.505.465,70 TL kâr payının GVK.'nın 94/6-b-i ve ii maddesi kapsamındaki kişilere (tam mükellef gerçek kişi, dar mükellef gerçek kişi ve Türkiye'de bir işyeri veya daimi temsilci aracılığıyla kâr payı elde edenler hariç dar mükellef kurumlara) dağıtılması halinde brüt tutar üzerinden %15 oranında (çifte vergilendirmeyi önleme anlaşmalarına ayrıca bakılmalıdır) stopaj uygulanacaktır.
