The Directors of Angelfish announce that the delayed Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Kings Court, Railway Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2RD at 12.00 noon on 26 April 2021. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and can be found on the Company's website www.angelfishplc.com

Due to Covid-19 and related legal restrictions and guidance from government authorities, shareholders may not physically attend the meeting, and will not be permitted access to the venue on the day of the meeting. If applicable Covid-19 restrictions change before the meeting, an appropriate announcement will be made. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to participate in the meeting by voting by proxy ahead of the meeting.
