Directorate Change

Following the announcement on 18 June 2020, the Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Brian Jones has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. 

Since July 2018, Brian has been Group CEO of Partnership of East London Cooperatives, a not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing NHS 111, primary care out of hours services and urgent care centre services to over 1.1 million patients in the areas of Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Havering and Waltham Forest. Prior to this role, he held senior financial and management roles in the NHS and the education sector with a focus on restructuring, change management and stakeholder engagement.

In 2016, Brian joined the Authority Committee of the Health Products Regulatory Authority, Ireland, whose role is to protect and enhance public and animal health by regulating medicines, medical devices and other health products, an appointment by the Minister of Health for an initial five year term. Brian has a BSc in Facilities Planning and Management and an MBA and he is also a trustee of British Blind Sports.
