The Ordinary Shares have been issued upon vesting of the Performance Rights issued under the Independence Group NL Employee Performance Rights Plan as approved by shareholders at the 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

These Ordinary Shares issued are in relation to the July 2011 Performance Rights where employees have met their performance hurdles.
