Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
This notice is given by IGO Limited (ACN 092 786 304) ( IGO ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) as notionally modified by ASIC Corporations (Disregarding Technical Relief) Instrument 2016/73 ( Legislative Instrument ).
Where applicable, references in this notice to sections of the Corporations Act are to those sections as modified by the Legislative Instrument.
IGO has today issued 96,960,219 new fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) at an issue price of A$4.60 per New Share to institutional investors pursuant to the placement, the results of which were announced by IGO on Friday, 11 December 2020.
IGO confirms the following:

(a) The New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

(b) This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

(c) As at the date of this notice, IGO has complied with:
-
(1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to IGO; and
-
(2) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

(d) As at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ of the type referred to in section 708A(7) or section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
