SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - OFFER AND APPLICATION FORMS

Independence Group NL ( IGO ) (ASX: IGO) refers to its ASX announcement dated 5 August 2016 relating to the Share Purchase Plan ( Plan ), and advises that it has now sent the Offer Booklet and application form to all Eligible Shareholders.
