These Ordinary Shares issued are in relation to the July 2011 and July 2012 Performance Rights Plans where performance hurdles have been met. The number of Performance Rights outstanding has been adjusted to take into account personnel who have left employment and the grant of Performance Rights that will subject to performance hurdles vest in either 1 July 2015 or 1 July 2016 .
