APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

IGO Limited (IGO or Company) (ASX: IGO) today advises that Mr Dean Jenkins has been appointed to the IGO Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr Jenkins is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director, with global experience across transport, manufacturing, engineering, energy and resources sectors. He has qualifications in engineering and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Jenkins is currently Non-Executive Chair of Spark Infrastructure and Non-Executive Director of Alinta Energy. He has held prior Director roles with ASX-listed companies including Adbri Limited and Waste Services Group.

Mr Jenkins has held senior executive and leadership positions including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of MaxiTRANS Limited, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Weir Group PLC and Chief Executive Officer of UGL Rail.
