RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
IGO Limited (ASX: IGO) ( IGO or the Company ) advises that Ms Kathryn (Kate) Barker has resigned as Joint Company Secretary, effective 30 August 2024.
Ms Rebecca Gordon continues in the role of Company Secretary and, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, remains the primary person responsible for communication between the Company and the ASX.
