MS KATHLEEN BOZANIC TO BE APPOINTED CFO

IGO Limited (ASX:IGO) (IGO or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Kathleen (Kath) Bozanic as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 10 October 2022.

Kath has been a Non-executive Director of IGO since October 2019 and has chaired the Audit and Risk Committee since January 2021. With her appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Kath will resign from the IGO Board of Directors with effect from 30 September 2022. A search process has been commenced to identify a replacement Non-executive Director with the requisite qualifications and experience to chair the Audit and Risk Committee. In the interim, Ms Debra Bakker will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.

Kath Bozanic Background (BCom (Acc & Fin), ANZCA, GAICD)

Ms Bozanic has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional including as Chief Financial Officer/General Manager of listed and private mining and contracting companies. Kath has previously held senior positions with BGC Contracting, Atlas Iron and Mt Gibson and was a Partner of professional services firm, Deloitte.

Peter Bradford, IGO’s Managing Director & CEO, commented: “Kath brings a deep and strategic understanding of IGO to the role of CFO that an external candidate could not possibly replicate, and we look forward to the contribution that her qualifications, experience, drive and endless curiosity will bring to the role. As CFO, Kath will have oversight over budgeting & planning, accounting & financial reporting, audit, capital management & financial risk, supply chain, business systems, information technology and investor relations.

Scott Steinkrug will continue as CFO until Kath commences her new role and will then transition into another role within the IGO business. Scott has been IGO’s CFO for over eleven years and has been a key contributor to IGO’s successful transformation into the Company that it is today. We take this opportunity to thank Scott for his significant contribution during his tenure as CFO.”

Scott Steinkrug commented: “ It has been a pleasure working in the role of CFO and contributing to a period of transformational change within our highly engaged team. My decision to step away from the CFO role has been driven by my desire to prioritise additional time with my family while continuing to contribute to IGO’s success in the future. I am proud that we have created an inclusive culture at IGO that supports decisions like these for our people of all genders at all levels of the organisation and I very much look forward to supporting Kath in my new role and during this next chapter of my career” .
