Independence Group NL (ASX: IGO) (the “Company”) advises that Mr Adrian DiCarlo has resigned as Company Secretary effective 2 August 2013 following the commencement of Mr Tony Walsh as Company Secretary/General Manager Corporate on 17 July 2013 (see announcement dated 27 May 2013 for further details).
