ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

MANAGING DIRECTOR’S REMUNERATION

The principal components of the annual remuneration of the new Managing Director, Diana Eilert, are as follows:

Base salary exclusive of statutory superannuation $500,000

Short term incentive equivalent to 40% of base salary is payable upon the achievement of performance hurdles.

Long term incentive providing for the grant of 2.1 million options that will vest 1/3 after 3 years, 1/3 after 4 years and 1/3 after 5 years after the performance hurdles have been met. The issue of these options is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
