Clarius Group banking facility

Clarius Group has signed a credit approved term sheet with a major financial institution for the provision of a Debtor Finance Facility and a Bank Guarantee Facility to assist with working capital requirements. Both facilities will be provided on a 12 month term and will be subject to annual review.

The facilities are secured by a limited and capped personal guarantee and cash deposit from a substantial shareholder in the Company. The cash security is provided on normal commercial terms and will be interest bearing from the date on which the cash security was set-up.
