APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

IGNITE Limited (ASX: IGN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Lisa Baden (née Hou) and Mr Julian Eriksson as Joint Company Secretaries, effective 23 September 2025.

Lisa Baden is the Chief Financial Officer of IGNITE and Julian Eriksson is the Legal Advisor for IGNITE. Each brings strong expertise in financial management and corporate governance during their time providing their services to IGNITE.

IGNITE advises Mr Ian Gilmour has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 19 September 2025. The Board thanks Mr Ian Gimour for his valuable contribution to IGNITE and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Mrs Lisa Baden will now be the person responsible for communications between IGNITE and the ASX regarding ASX Listing Rule matters.
