Ignite Limited (“Ignite”) Shareholder Request to call a General Meeting

Ignite advises that on 28 February 2022 it received a notice from a shareholder, Octavium Capital Investment Pty Ltd as trustee for the OC20181 Trust (“Requisitioning Shareholder”), requesting that the directors call a shareholder meeting pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Requisitioning Shareholder requests that the meeting be called to consider proposed resolutions to appoint Mr Michael Solomon, Mr Philip Speakman, Mr Daniel Altiok Brown and Mr Trevor Robertson as additional Directors of Ignite.

The Requisitioning Shareholder holds more than 5% of the shares in Ignite. Under the Corporations Act, the directors must call the requested meeting of shareholders within 21 days from the date of the request, and such meeting must be held within 2 months of the date of the request.

The directors will comply with their obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and will provide shareholders with further information in due course.
