BOARD APPOINTMENT OF MR CAMERON JUDSON

Ignite Limited [ASX: IGN] (Ignite) wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Cameron Judson as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ignite.

Cameron is a highly experienced and respected senior executive, who from 2005 until 2015, held a variety of senior executive roles at the previously ASX-listed recruitment company, Chandler MacLeod Group Limited. Cameron was CEO and Managing Director of Chandler MacLeod from 2012 until 2015. Cameron brings a broad range of strategic and leadership skills including extensive recruitment industry knowledge to Ignite.

Cameron has also held CEO and Managing Director roles outside the recruitment industry, including in employment services, education and community services and the real estate sector. Combined with his extensive non-executive director experience, Cameron will bring significant commercial expertise to Ignite.

Cameron holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cameron is a key addition to the Ignite Board and will greatly compliment the growing leadership team at Ignite as it continues its transition from the extensive restructure undertaken over the past 2 years.

Ignite Non-Executive Chairman Garry Sladden said: “Cameron is a highly respected and proven leader who brings a significant skill-set to the Board and Ignite and will no doubt add significant value to the Ignite business as it continues its progress under the leadership of Tim Moran and his executive team.”
