Ignite advises that Mr Peter Johns has advised of his withdrawal of his nomination for election as a Director of Ignite Limited at the 28[th] April 2022 General Meeting following the sale by Westferry Operations Pty Ltd atf The Westferry Fund of its entire shareholding in Ignite Limited.
