Ignite Limited (“Ignite”) Retirement of Director .

Mr Craig Saphin has advised the Board of Ignite that, with his retirement by rotation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Ignite to be held on 24 November 2020, he will not be seeking re-election as a Director of Ignite.

Mr Saphin advised that, with the continued focus on reducing the Ignite cost base, this was a timely opportunity to also reduce Board costs.

The Board has no current intention to fill the vacancy with the Board to now comprise three directors.

Ignite has recommenced the search for a Chief Executive Officer. In the meantime, Garry Sladden will continue as Executive Chairman, with Jennifer Elliott chairing Board meetings and Board Audit Risk & Compliance Committee meetings.
