Resignation of CEO and Lapse of Options under the Ignite Equity Incentive Plan

Ignite Limited (ASX: IGN) advises that:

• As previously announced, Julian Sallabank had submitted his resignation as CEO on 23 January 2019, providing up to 3 months’ notice period. Julian formally finished in his role on 23 April 2019;

• The 335,000 options issued to the CEO, with expiry date 19 December 2021, have lapsed on 30 April 2019, unexercised, following his resignation as CEO;

• The search for a new CEO continues, and, in the meantime, the Chairman, Garry Sladden, will act as Executive Chairman, until a new CEO is appointed;

• The number of options on issue under the Ignite Equity Incentive Plan, following the lapse of the above options, is NIL
