APPOINTMENT OF NEW GENERAL MANAGER TO LEAD NSW TRANSFORMATION AND TURNAROUND

Ignite Limited [ASX: IGN] (Ignite) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brad Shotland as its new General Manager for NSW.

Mr Shotland, who has worked and lived for over 20 years in NSW, is a highly experienced recruitment industry executive with a proven ability to build high performing teams across multiple recruitment disciplines in Australia. Mr Shotland brings an extensive Australia-wide C-Level business network to Ignite.

Having worked for several large global recruitment agencies during his career, Mr Shotland has significant experience in providing permanent, temporary and contracting labour to the private sector as well as State and Federal governments.

As a “hands on” recruitment leader, Mr Shotland thrives in challenging environments and has a track record in successfully turning around under-performing recruitment teams.

Mr Shotland said “I am excited to be joining the team at Ignite and to be leading the NSW operations. I am looking forward to the opportunity and challenge to contribute to the turnaround and transformation of the Ignite business, not only in NSW, but across Australia.”

Ignite Chairman, Mr Garry Sladden said “Brad brings significant recruitment industry experience and leadership to our NSW business and he has an in-depth knowledge of the NSW markets in which we currently operate. Brad will be working closely with the Ignite leadership team in developing and growing our core vertical specialisations and identifying new market opportunities.
