APPOINTMENT OF LLOYD MORGAN CHINA CEO

Clarius Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Dennis Rigon as the new CEO of Lloyd Morgan China. This is a new leadership role and Mr Rigon will be based full-time in China, where he has worked and lived since 2012.

Mr Rigon brings with him an extensive breadth of knowledge and experience in the China recruitment sector together with extensive China business networks. Mr Rigon was a previous Regional CEO of China HR, one of the Top 3 recruitment specialists in China. In addition, Mr Rigon worked as the Executive Director of ASX-listed Kresta Holdings and, prior to that, was a General Manager for Tyres4U, Hunter Douglas and American Express.

“I am excited with the opportunity to lead this well-established and well-known business through its next strategic growth phase,” Mr Rigon said. “Lloyd Morgan China, with its five strategically located offices in ‘Tier One’ cities, is well positioned to capitalise on the USD$300 billion recruitment / HR China marketplace.”

Mr Rigon continued, “I am impressed by the experience of our key leaders and consultants, and am confident we have a solid foundation from which we can leverage the significant marketplace opportunities in China.”

His China-based HR and recruitment experience, combined with his proven ability to scale sustainable and profitable businesses, will greatly assist the Group to maximise its Lloyd Morgan China investment and capitalise on the local China and broader Asian marketplace.”

Mr Rigon’s appointment follows another encouraging year in which Lloyd Morgan China achieved continued revenue growth. This new leadership position in China is the final role to be filled in the Group’s executive organisational restructure.
