Clarius Group Appoints New Executive Team
May 29, 2015: Clarius Group (ASX:CND), which operates recruitment brands Alliance Recruitment, Candle, Lloyd Morgan, SouthTech and The One Umbrella, as well as on‐demand and outsourcing business JAV IT, is pleased to announce the appointment of four key executives.
The executives are joining the Group to support and implement the transformation initiatives being enacted by CEO Peter Wilson, who was hired in October 2014 to revitalize the company and has been focused on simplifying and evolving the business’ traditional recruitment model.
“With the majority of our new core executive team now in place, Clarius Group can accelerate the implementation of our strategy,” says Mr. Wilson. “The addition of their unique talents and their experiences executing growth strategies will allow us to quicken the transformation of our internal environment, build exceptional value for our clients and candidates, and help the business regain its market‐ leading position.”
In February, Mr. Wilson announced a set of strategies, which included improving technology platforms, enhancing client engagement and experience, generating greater market awareness of core offerings, and reaffirming the company’s purpose and behaviours to realise cultural change.
Executive Appointments:
Vera Tang, Managing Director of Greater China, Lloyd Morgan Executive
Ms. Tang, who will join the Group on 1 June 2015, will manage operations of the China business. With in‐depth experience working in both mature and emerging markets in Asia and Europe, she will continue to grow the Lloyd Morgan Executive brand across the country, launching innovative, technology‐based recruitment services. Ms. Tang comes to the Clarius Group from Korn Ferry, and has also worked for Michael Page and in the global central recruitment function for Shell in Europe.

‐ Stafia Giannakis, Director of On Demand and Outsourcing Services, JAV IT Heading up Clarius Group’s on‐demand and outsourcing business, JAV IT, Ms. Giannakis will build talent‐based outsourcing solutions capabilities that initially drive annuity revenue streams to existing and new clients in Australia and New Zealand. She joins the company after a successful career managing a business development team for Datacom Victoria, where she was responsible for delivering large‐scale outsourcing, project and procurement services engagements.
Lee Bustin, Chief Technology Officer, Clarius Group
Mr. Bustin will lead the execution of the technology strategy, evolving front and back office systems and building disruptive offerings that attract candidates and clients through new platforms. With a history of creating new revenue streams through technologies and transforming legacy IT environments, he joins the company after serving as the CIO of GroupM, where he governed the strategic direction in cloud, big data and business intelligence, and was globally recognised for business analytics and data warehousing initiatives.
