**Clarius

Group Appoints New Chief Financial Officer**

Clarius Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Watt as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 27, 2015.

Mr. Watt is a chartered accountant with extensive senior commercial management and technology-­‐based finance experience in Australia and the UK. He comes to Clarius from ASX-­‐listed financial technology company, Decimal Software Ltd., where he provided leadership across business operations, corporate strategy and investor relations as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Watt was previously chief financial officer of online betting company, Tom Waterhouse, where as well as providing financial and strategic leadership, he was instrumental in the acquisition by William Hill PLC. He also held senior financial roles in the UK with Betfair and The Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Watt takes over from Iain Skelton, who leaves his position on July 17.
