Resignation of Director and Founder

Clarius Ltd wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Geoffrey Moles effective from the 31st March 2014.

Mr Moles, who will celebrate the 30th anniversary of founding Candle Australia Ltd (now Clarius Group Ltd) in March 2014, has decided that after 30 years it is time to step down from the Clarius Board, having enjoyed a long and distinguished career with the group in the roles of Founder, CEO, Managing Director, Chairman and currently, Non-Executive Director.

"It has been a pleasure to have been an integral part of the 30 year Candle and Clarius journey and I look forward to watching the business develop and grow into the future." said Mr. Moles.

CEO and Managing Director, Kym Quick said "Geoff is a true recruitment industry icon and it has been an absolute pleasure to have worked for and with Geoff over many years. He leaves behind a business that is now well positioned to take advantage of the continued economic recovery in Australia and New Zealand and - to leverage off the continued growth in China".

Chairman, Mr. Garry Sladden stated that “It has been a real pleasure to have worked with Geoff in the short time I have been on the Clarius Board and he leaves the business having been a part the recent significant restructure and repositioning of the group for future growth and success. The Board and the entire Clarius team wish Geoff all the very best and thank him for his enormous contribution over 30 years."

The Clarius Board will undertake a process to replace the vacancy left by Mr Moles resignation.
