Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Clarius Ltd wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Iain Skelton as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday 17 March.
Mr Skelton has over 18 years of experience in senior finance positions gained across a broad range of service industries including, most recently, as Chief Financial Officer of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and recruitment technology group HRX.
In this role Iain was instrumental in the due diligence and subsequent sale of the business to Seaton Corp, the World's largest RPO provider. Prior to his role at HRX, Iain held a number of senior finance roles in the advertising and communications industry working for both the Clemenger and STW Communications Groups. Iain was extensively involved in both financial and management accounting, treasury, financial analysis and business management for these Groups.
Iain holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
