Resignation of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Clarius Ltd wishes to announce the resignation of Ms. Quick, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Quick has been with Clarius since 1996 and has been CEO since 2011. The Board wishes to thank Ms. Quick for guiding the company through difficult market conditions and significant Group changes during this period.
The Board will commence a formal search process for a new CEO and in the interim the Chairman will be working closely with the CFO and senior management.
