RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Clarius Group advises that non‐executive Director, Mrs Penny Morris, retired at the conclusion of today’s Annual General Meeting.
Clarius’ Chairman, Mr Garry Sladden said “Mrs Morris has made a significant contribution to the Company and was, at various times, Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and, for a brief time, Board Chairman.” He thanked Mrs Morris for her contribution to the Company during the last nine years, since August 2005.
