Board Changes at Clarius Group Limited
Mr Lawrence Gibbs advised the Board of his intention to relinquish the role of Chairman, with immediate effect, due to other professional commitments. He also advised that he would not be seeking re-election at the 2013 Annual General Meeting in November.
Mr Gibbs has been Chairman of Clarius since June 2009 and a Director since August 2001.
Mrs Penny Morris has been appointed Interim Chairman while the search for a permanent replacement is conducted.
Mrs Morris has been a professional company Director for the past 20 years and a Director of Clarius since August 2005. She has served on numerous publicly listed, government business enterprise and private company boards and has a wealth of experience in corporate governance.
Mrs Morris, on behalf of the Board, thanked Mr Gibbs for his years of service as Chairman.
