Appointment of Mr Garry Sladden
The Board of Clarius Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Garry Sladden as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Garry is a business and strategic adviser who has a diversified business background in the areas of real estate, private equity, business operations, banking and finance, and equity raising, having held the position of General Manager Operations at Consolidated Press Holdings for six years and more recently (2007) the role of Group Operations Executive for a real estate investment, development and funds management group. Garry is Non-Executive Chairman of Folkestone Limited, Chairman of Ashton Manufacturing Pty Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Melanoma Institute Australia.
