Resignation of Mr Lawrence Gibbs
The Company advises that Mr Lawrence Gibbs has resigned as a Director effective immediately to focus on his other business interests.
Mr Gibbs, until recently the Company's Chairman, became a Director of the Company in August 2001 and became Chairman in June 2009.
Mrs Penny Morris AM, the current Chairman said, "Mr Gibbs made a valuable contribution to the Company during his years as a Director and Chairman and was instrumental in the Company listing on the ASX in 1997".
