RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Company advises that Mr Simon Kelly has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Regrettably, Mr Kelly has had to resign to focus on the ever increasing workload and travel demands of his executive position.

Mrs Penny Morris AM, Chairman said “Simon is an outstanding Director and has contributed very significantly to the Board over the past 2 years. He has helped guide the Company through a very difficult period. His insights and contribution will certainly be missed.”
