RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Mr Peter Bunting has resigned as a Director of the Company.

Mr Bunting has been a non-executive Director of the Company since 2004 and was Chairman of the Board Audit Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of the Company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Bunting for his service to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
