Clarius Group Limited Appoints Simon Kelly to Board of Directors

Sydney, NSW – 24 August 2011, Clarius Group Limited ASX:CND, a leading of provider of employment services across Asia Pacific, today announced the appointment of Simon Kelly as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr Kelly is a Chartered Accountant, with over 25 years experience in financial and general management. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of the DealsDirect Group which operates a number of Australia's premier online retail businesses. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Board Director of ASX listed Aristocrat Leisure Limited and also held a number of senior executive roles at ASX listed Goodman Fielder Limited, including Chief Financial Officer - Consumer Foods, Group Chief Information Officer and both General Manager and Finance Director of the Group's international operations. Mr Kelly spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both London and Sydney.

Mr Kelly is also Chairman and independent Non-Executive Director of Intrepica Pty Limited, a privately owned, emerging online business providing literacy solutions to primary and secondary school children, both in Australia and internationally
