Appointment of Chairman

The Board of Clarius Group Limited wish to announce that Mr Lawrence Gibbs has today been appointed Non Executive Chairman of the Company. Mr Geoff Moles will remain in the role of CEO and Managing Director.

The Board has decided to make this change in accordance with the Groups own governance policies and in accordance with best practice.
