MANAGING DIRECTOR RESIGNS

The board of Clarius Group Limited wish to advise that Ms Diana Eilert has resigned as Managing Director effective immediately.

Clarius Group Chairman, Mr Geoff Moles, will become Executive Chairman and will work with senior management to ensure continued business performance across the Company pending the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Mr Moles founded Clarius in 1984 was Managing Director for seventeen (17) years and Chairman for the last seven (7) years.
