MANAGING DIRECTOR

Further to the succession plan previously announced, the Board of Candle Australia Limited today appointed Diana Eilert as Managing Director.

Mr Robert Collins today resigned as a Director. The Directors wish to thank and acknowledge the significant contribution of Mr Collins during the last six years as Managing Director.
