RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Ignite Limited [ASX: IGN] (Ignite) announces that following a competitive tender process, the Board of Directors have resolved to appoint PKF (NS) Audit and Assurance (PKF) as auditor effective immediately.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) have applied for and received ASIC consent to resign as auditor of Ignite.

The decision to appoint PKF is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.

The review of audit services and fees is part of Ignite’s ongoing efforts at driving expenditure efficiencies within its business.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Deloitte for their past assistance and services to Ignite over the last six years.
